Young Living Scam: How to Spot and Avoid Fraudulent Activity
Young Living is a popular multi-level marketing company that has been in business since 1994. They sell essential oils and other health and wellness products. But is Young Living scam?
The Young Living website claims that their essential oils are the “ purest and most potent ” on the market. They also state that they have a “ Seed to Seal ” process that ensures quality control from start to finish. But what does that actually mean?
To start with, let’s take a look at the history of Young Living. The company was founded in 1994 by D. Gary Young and Mary Young . Their mission was to create a line of essential oils that were free from synthetics, pesticides, and other harmful chemicals . To do this, they set up their own farms and distilleries .
So far, so good. It sounds like they are doing everything right. But there are a few things that raise red flags.
For one, the company is very secretive about their “ Seed to Seal ” process. They don’t actually tell you what goes into it. All they say is that it involves “ planting, harvesting, and distilling ” the oils. But they don’t give any specifics about how they do those things . This makes it difficult to know whether or not their claims are true.
Another issue is that Young Living relies heavily on MLM (multi-level marketing) to sell their products . This means that they recruit people to become distributors and then those distributors recruit other people, and so on. The problem with this is that it can create a pyramid scheme-like structure . And we all know that pyramid schemes are illegal.
